- Maintenance services are offered based on schedules outlined in specific service agreements. Routine maintenance is essential to ensure optimal generator performance, and Proton Power is not responsible for failures resulting from missed or postponed maintenance appointments by the client.
2.3 Turnkey Projects
- Turnkey project services involve comprehensive project management, including design, installation, and commissioning. Each project’s terms will be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client, and a detailed agreement will be provided.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and software on the Proton Power website, are owned by Proton Power and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material found on this site without explicit permission from Proton Power.
- User Responsibilities and Obligations
